This website is operated by BeLo Classics. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to update pricing, product availability, and content at any time without notice.

We may refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion where necessary.

2. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities.

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

3. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Australia within 5-7 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

Australia: 2–6 business days
New Zealand: 3–6 business days
USA & UK: 6–10 business days
Europe: 7–12 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4. International Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside Australia, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. BeLo Classics is not liable for delays caused by customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for full-priced items, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

We do not accept returns on sale items unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

7. Product Disclaimer

Our products are designed to age naturally. Variations in texture, colour, and finish are part of the intended character and are not considered defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeLo Classics is not liable for:
