All orders are prepared and dispatched from Australia.

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing prior to shipment. This allows time for preparation, quality checks, and packaging.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

For orders shipped outside Australia, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

BeLo Classics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

While we aim to meet all stated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on full-priced items, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Sale items are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
